Didn’t Get Payment Request in Your Email?

NO payment request received in your e-mail? Possible causes:
1. Your confirmation link may have expired. In this case, you have to go back to our Accommodations Page to make a new reservation. 
2. Someone else has just confirmed their request for the same accommodation ahead of you. In this case, please choose another accommodation and/or dates or chat with us on Facebook

If you’re sure you didn’t miss the 15-minute confirmation link deadline, try the following:
1. Go back to the previous e-mail and click the confirmation link again (still within the 15-minute deadline) or
2. just wait a few minutes for the payment request to arrive and you may want to refresh your e-mail browser.
